GEETESH SARAF

Founder & Managing Director

Geetesh founded Urja in 2010 after a career in financial services with American Express, GE Money and Barclays. A commerce graduate from Indore with an MBA, he brings corporate discipline to facility management: structured processes, measurable service levels and transparent reporting.

He has served as Chair of Young Indians (Yi) Indore, part of CII. Today he leads Urja's strategy and client partnerships, with one clear focus: understand each client's pain points and build solutions that free them to concentrate on their core business.

NIKITA SARAF

Co-Founder & Director | Chief Operating Officer

A computer engineer with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Nikita co-founded Urja and leads its day-to-day operations as Chief Operating Officer. She brings an engineer's rigour to service delivery through process discipline, staff training and technology-enabled monitoring.

Her real strength is people. She stays closely connected with site teams, supervisors and clients, keeping a firm grip on ground realities. Her approach is simple: listen closely, solve problems at the root, and add real value to every client's core operations.
